Our Services

  • Because we utilize a patient-centered approach, every client undergoes an Integrative Psychiatric Assessment.

During this comprehensive evaluation of your health history, we will…

    • Discuss your current symptoms

    • Review your past health history

    • Assess your lifestyle habits

Then, our board certified Fort Worth psychiatrist develops a tailored treatment plan to address your specific goals and lead you to optimal wellness.

  • In integrated psychiatry, labs are often ordered to rule out any medical conditions and/or nutritional deficiencies.

  • We recommend pharmaceutical-grade supplements and herbal treatments to manage symptoms and address any nutritional deficiencies that are inhibiting your wellness journey.

  • Traditional psychiatry relies on medication to treat mental health conditions. However, as an integrated psychiatry practice, we believe that the use of medication during treatment is entirely dependent on the individual. If medications seem like they are the right fit for you, we’ll prescribe them at the lowest effective dose.

  • Nutritional psychiatry is the practice of using food and nutraceuticals (food supplements) as treatments for mental health disorders. Research indicates that there is a correlation between the gut microbiome and our mental health. Therefore, our board certified nutritional psychiatrist will take a look at your current nutritional habits and optimize your diet to best support your mental health goals.

  • Lifestyle medicine uses evidence-based behavioral interventions to prevent, treat, and manage chronic diseases. As holistic health practitioners, we will discuss your current habits and how they relate to your overall well-being. Then, we will optimize your routine through movement, restorative sleep, and mind-body practices like meditation and breathwork.

  • Genetic testing helps practitioners tailor treatment options to your specific body and mind. While we don’t always use genetic testing, we love being able to offer this service to our patients.

As an integrative psychiatry practice in Fort Worth, we blend the best of traditional psychiatry with holistic alternatives to help our clients achieve optimal wellness.
